Meet our 2026-2027 Board of Directors

President: Jennifer Everett

My name is Jennifer Everett, and I am honored to serve as the President of Foundation46. I’ve been a proud member of the board for the past four years and have loved being part of an organization that supports and uplifts the schools in our district.

My connection to District 46 runs deep. I’m a mom to an 11-year-old son who attends school in the district, and I’ve worked at Grayslake Middle School for the past four years as a Reading Specialist. Before that, I spent over a decade teaching elementary school. As both an educator and a parent, I see every day how important it is to support our teachers, students, and schools with meaningful resources and opportunities.

I first heard about the impact of Foundation46 through my twin sister, Jessica Hofer, and was inspired to get involved. Now, as President, I’m excited to lead efforts that continue to make a difference in our community.

Outside of work, I love being a sports mom, spending time with my family, crafting, going to concerts and playing games with my son. We enjoy walking around Grayslake, visiting our favorite local spots, and traveling whenever we can.

I’m thrilled to continue this journey with Foundation46 and look forward to helping shape a strong, innovative future for District 46.

Director: Shalaigh Davlin

Hi! I’m Shalaigh Davlin, and I’ve proudly served on the Foundation 46 Board since 2021, currently as Vice President. Professionally, I lead sales teams in the technology industry, helping businesses solve challenges and achieve their goals through innovative solutions.

As a longtime Grayslake resident and parent of four boys, I care deeply about our community and the opportunities available to local students. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the Chain O’Lakes, attending country music concerts, and cheering on my kids in their various activities. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that helps make a positive impact for District 46 families and students.
